Osteopathy in Toronto
Hands-on care for the pain that keeps coming back — with a Registered Manual Osteopath on Bay Street, downtown Toronto.
If you're searching for osteopathy in Toronto, you're probably already tired of chasing the same pain through one practitioner after another. LiveWell is a manual osteopathy clinic on Bay Street — between Wellesley and St. Joseph — where you'll see a Registered Manual Osteopath with nearly two decades of full-time clinical experience. Our patients come from across the city and the GTA for back pain, headaches, TMJ, sciatica, and recurring sports injuries that never quite resolve.
We don't book you into forever. Most patients see meaningful change in 3–6 visits and a clear plan with an actual end. Read more about our osteopathy service →

Osteopathy in Toronto — common questions
Where in Toronto is your osteopathy clinic?
LiveWell is at 1033 Bay Street, Suite 316 — between Wellesley and St. Joseph, two minutes' walk from Wellesley subway station and a short walk from Bloor-Yonge. We serve patients across downtown Toronto, midtown and the GTA.
How do I find a good osteopath in Toronto?
Look for a Registered Manual Osteopath (M.OMSc or equivalent) with full-time clinical experience, recognised by major Canadian insurers for direct billing, and clear about how many visits you should expect. Our lead osteopath has been practising manual osteopathy in Toronto for nearly 20 years.
Is osteopathy covered by Toronto / Ontario insurance plans?
Most extended health plans from Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield Canada, Desjardins, Equitable Life and others cover manual osteopathy when performed by a registered osteopath. LiveWell direct bills these insurers — you don't pay up front when your plan allows it.
How is osteopathy in Toronto different from physiotherapy or chiropractic?
Manual osteopathy uses gentle, hands-on techniques across the whole body and is typically slower and more global than chiropractic adjustments. Compared to physiotherapy, there's less emphasis on exercise prescription and more on hands-on treatment of the tissues and joints driving your symptoms.
Do you treat pregnant patients and post-partum patients?
Yes. Pelvic girdle pain, round ligament pain, postpartum back and hip pain, and diastasis recovery support are all common reasons Toronto patients see us. All techniques are pregnancy-safe.
Can I park near the clinic, or take transit?
Yes to both. Green P parking is available on Bay and on nearby side streets; the building has accessible entry. By TTC: Wellesley station is the closest stop (Line 1), with Bloor-Yonge a short walk north.
