The assessment
Your first visit with a Canadian-trained Osteopath, Registered Massage Therapist, or Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine is a proper intake — history, movement, neurology, breath, sleep, the load you're carrying. We're listening for how your body is actually behaving, not just where it hurts.

Fellowship-trained clinicians, board-certified specialists, and instructors who teach the techniques other therapists are still learning. The protocols are drawn from current peer-reviewed research and refined over thousands of cases.

A Registered Massage Therapist since 2002, Viet-Ha has spent her entire career in clinical settings — post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, acute injury, TMJ and scar-tissue work — combining deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal and aromatherapy techniques with an uncanny ability to find the exact spot you didn't know was the problem. The reason her patients have been booking her for two decades isn't a secret: she is, quite simply, that good.
