The building has an underground parking lot with direct access to the clinic via the parking elevators. The building has a commercial side (1033 Bay St.) and a residential side (44 St. Joseph St., aka The Polo Club II). Access to the underground parking lot is on the residential side of the building @ 44 St. Joseph St. (Note: St. Joseph is a one-way street heading east).

Once on St. Joseph, you will see signs on your left for Pace Properties; turn left into the driveway of the Polo Club II condominium. You will see the downramp to the condo's right at 44 St. Joseph. Parking is available on floors P1 and P2.

After parking, locate the green door marked "elevators to 1033 Bay Street," buy a ticket from the machines inside, place it on your dashboard, and proceed through the next door to take the elevator to the clinic on the 3rd floor. Parking costs $4.25 per 30 minutes and is unavailable on Sunday. Alternatively, Sunday and weekend parking is available directly in front of the clinic on Bay Street, or cheaper options on side streets.
